The Sony PSP is an amazing piece of technology and a true testament to the Japanese people and their ingenuity. What many people do not realize though is that the PSP has more features then is common knowledge. There are many hidden features that Sony doesn't what its consumers to know about. You might ask why Sony would go to the trouble of designing and including all these features but not allow their customers to use them. The answer is simply, Sony wants to be able to sell you a "patch" or an "upgrade" down the road and have these features come to life. Rather then having to go to the trouble of convincing you to buy a new PSP, they are able to simply sell your old one back to you with "new features."

You can unlock all the the PSP's hidden features yourself, you simply need to have a bit of know how, but more importantly, you need to know that they are there.
